🔹 Eligibility and Timeframe

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, free of odors or damage, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


🔹 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for a refund. They may only be exchanged if defective.

  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.


🔹 Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, Wystic will cover all shipping costs associated with the return or replacement.

  • Proof of the defect (photos or videos) may be required to process your request efficiently.


🔹 Customer-Initiated Returns

  • If a customer wishes to return a product due to personal choice, change of mind, or incorrect size selection, all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • In these cases, refunds will be issued only after inspection and approval of the returned item.


🔹 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will respond within 48 business hours with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, you may choose from the following options:

    • Exchange for the same product or another item of equal value.

    • Store credit to be used for future purchases.

    • Full refund, when applicable.


🔹 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days once approved.

  • In the event of international transactions, please note that currency conversion rates and bank fees may affect the final refund amount received.


🔹 Important Notes

  • Wystic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except when the product arrives defective or incorrect.
